Philosophy, target groups and target

On 17 September the steering committee of the European “Grande Région” territorial cooperation Programme INTERREG IVA 2007-2013 met in Saarbrücken and accepted the request for the development of the plurio.net project until the year 2011, which was handed in by 6 of the operational partners.

The project “plurio.net” develops actions to encourage cross-border cultural cooperation and to present the cultural offerings of the Greater Region. The diversity of the cultural offerings is not only visible through the cultural portal [www.plurio.net], but is also accessible for new users and audiences via data transfer.

It picks up the approaches and insights that were developed during the construction of the project’s cultural portal of the Greater Region. With the development of special instruments and the provision of those for the target groups these approaches and insights are pursued.
